Marston's PLC (the "Company") announces that on 23 December 2024 the Directors listed below purchased ordinary shares in the Company in connection with the requirement under the remuneration policy to defer one third of the FY2024 annual bonus.
The shares acquired are subject to a holding period ending on the third anniversary of the date the shares are purchased, during which the shares may not ordinarily be disposed of.
