Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company announces that on 8 December 2015 the Directors listed below exercised awards over ordinary shares in the Company under the Company's 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan with HM Revenue & Customs Approved Schedules, which had been granted on 15 June 2012.
The 2012 Awards comprised an LTIP Award in the form of a nil cost option over shares.
Shares were sold by the Directors to the extent necessary to fund tax and NICs arising on the exercise as noted below.
