Marston's PLC (the "Company") has been informed that, on 15Ā JuneĀ 2019, Andrew Andrea cancelled his participation in the Company's 2014 and 2016 Sharesave Scheme offers, resulting in the lapsing of the options originally granted to him on 18 June 2014 and 20 June 2016, respectively. The details of each option are set out below, together with the notification of dealing form.
