Man Alternative Investments Ld05 September 2006 Man Alternative Investments Limited (the "Company") The Board of Man Alternative Investments Limited notes the publication of theInvestment Entities (Listing Rules and Conduct of Business) Instrument 2003,following consultation paper CP164, which require, inter alia, UK-listed investment companies to notify to a Regulatory Information Service, within twobusiness days of the end of each quarter, a list of all investments held bythem with a value greater than 5% of the company's gross assets and at least the company's 10 largest investments as at the last business day of thatquarter. The company's year-end is 31st May, and, therefore, its financialquarters are, additionally, August, November and February. It is thereforeappropriate to announce the company's current investments as at 31 August 2006.
