Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021
Mail.ru Group Limited ("Mail.ru" or the "Company") has today submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2021 and the proxy form for the AGM (as required by Listing Rules 14.3.6 and 14.3.7).
The notice of AGM and proxy form for the AGM are available on https://corp.mail.ru/en/investors/management/
These documents will also be available for viewing at the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism - https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The AGM of Mail.ru will be held on 11 June 2021 at 11am at Office 402, 28th October Street 365, Limassol 3107, Cyprus.
Right to attend and vote
Entitlement to attend and vote at the meeting, and the number of votes which may be cast at the meeting, will be determined by reference to the Company's register of members on 17 May 2021 ("Record Date").
