Mail.ru Group announces payment of special dividend and H1 2012 results date
Dubai, UAE - MAIL.RU GROUP LIMITED ("Mail.ru Group" or the "Company") announces today
that it will pay a special dividend on August 28th, 2012 of US$3.80 per share for shareholders on the record date of August 17th 2012 representing a total payout of US$795m. The dividend was approved by the Board of Directors of Mail.ru on August 6th 2012.
The Company also announces that it will release, before market opens on Wednesday 5th September 2012, its results for the half year ended 30 June 2012.
The Mail.ru Group management team will host an analyst conference call at 14.00 UK time (17.00 Moscow time, 09.00 U.S. Eastern Daylight Time), on Wednesday 5 September 2012, including a Question and Answer session.

Pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Company a written resolution has been passed on August 6th 2012 by members of the Company holding shares which represent at least 75% of the total number of votes attached to the issued and outstanding shares.
