Dubai, UAE - MAIL.RU GROUP LIMITED ("Mail.ru Group" or the "Company") will release its annual report and IRFS accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 and revenue update for Q1 2012 post the market close on Thursday 26 April 2012.
The management team will host an analyst conference call at 18.00 GMT UK time (21.00 Moscow time, 13.00 U.S. Eastern Daylight Time), on Thursday 26 April 2012, including a Question and Answer session.
