Mail.Ru Group Limited (LSE: MAIL, hereinafter referred as "the Company"), one of the largest Internet companies in the Russian-speaking Internet market, will hold the company's 2017 Annual General Meeting on June 2, 2017 at 11am at Office 501, Oceanic Building, 28th October Street 232, Limassol, Cyprus with the Record Date of May 5, 2017.
