Mail.Ru Group closes acquisition of
100% of ESforce
March 23, 2018. Mail.Ru Group Limited (MAIL.IL, hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Group"), one of the largest Internet companies in the Russian-speaking Internet market, today announces, following the announcement of the signing of the acquisition of 100% of ESforce on January 19th 2018, that the transaction has been closed on March 22nd 2018.
As in all previous acquisitions Mail.Ru Group will fully consolidate ESforce and will disclose all results on a pro-forma basis going forward to allow like-for-like comparison.
