Grant of Options and Director / PDMR Shareholdings

Mail.ru Group Limited (LSE: MAIL, hereinafter referred as the "Company" or the "Group") announces that on 19 May 2021 the Company granted awards in a form of Performance Stock Units (PSUs) in total over 55 000 Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") representing the Company's ordinary shares admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange (ISIN US5603172082, Common Code: 055222126) under the Company's 2021 Performance Stock Unit Plan to the Independent Directors of the Company:
