Man Alternative Investments Ld17 January 2007 RIS NOTICE FOR EGM RESOLUTION 17 January 2007 MAN ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS LIMITED (THE "COMPANY") At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the resolution to wind-up theCompany with immediate effect, to cancel the listings of the shares on theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and the Daily Official List of theChannel Islands Stock Exchange and the trading of its shares on the London StockExchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange with effect from 15 February2007, and to appoint Stephen John Le Page and John Dunford as liquidators wasduly passed. Accordingly, the Company is now in Members' Voluntary Liquidation,in accordance with the provisions of its Articles of Association. Stephen John Le Page and John Dunford of PricewaterhouseCoopers have beenappointed as the liquidators of the Company. The listing and trading of the Company's shares has been suspended with effectfrom today's date.
