Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") Shareholding
2 November 2017. Mail.Ru Group Limited (LSE: MAIL, hereinafter referred as the "Company" or the "Group") announces that it was notified that on 2 November 2017 Denholma Limited, a PCA of Dmitry Grishin (a Chairman of the Board of Directors and PDMR) sold 4,717,879 Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") representing the Company's ordinary shares admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange (ISIN US5603172082, Common Code: 055222126), and that Sang Hun Kim (Independent Director of the Company and PDMR) is to receive a cash-settled award of $ 465,775.30 under the Company's 2010 Option Plan.
