All the proposed business of the Annual General Meeting held on 10 November 2006was duly carried with the requisite majority with the exception of the vote forthe continuation of the Company, which motion was not carried. In accordance with Article 147(B) of the Articles of Association of the Company,the Board shall draw up suitable proposals for the future of the Company (whichmay include the voluntary liquidation, open-ending or other reorganisation ofthe Company) for submission to Shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meetingto be convened by the Board for a date not more than three months from 10November 2006. If such resolutions are not passed by Shareholders then theCompany will continue as an investment company.
