The聽Company聽announces聽that聽on聽3聽February聽2021, 168,000 options聽were聽granted聽over聽ordinary聽shares of 1 pence each in Maintel ("Ordinary Shares") to certain Directors and other employees, in accordance with the rules of the Company's 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and the Company's share option plan("LTIP CSOP").
The table below sets out all grants made under the LTIP to Directors:

The awards are not subject to the achievement of performance conditions. The normal date of vesting for these options will be 03 February 2024 and the last date for exercise will be 03 February聽2031.
