Maintel Holdings plc, a leading provider of cloud, network and security managed services, announces that Ioan MacRae, Chief Executive Officer has tendered his resignation from the Company with immediate effect.
The Company intends to engage an executive search firm to assist with the process of selecting a Chief Executive Officer and will update the market in due course. In the interim period, Carol Thompson, Executive Chair will assume day-to-day responsibility.
Executive Chair, Carol Thompson, said:
"It has been a challenging few years for the business, with Ioan having led the Group through some of the most difficult trading conditions in recent history. He has now taken the decision to step back from the business before moving on to his next venture. We wish him all the best with his future endeavours."
