Magnolia Petroleum Plc, the AIM quoted US onshore focused oil and gasexploration and production company, announces that the Company's Annual Reportand Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012, has been posted toshareholders today. An electronic copy of the Reports and Accounts is alsoavailable on the Company's website (www.magnoliapetroleum.com).
