Magnolia Petroleum Plc (`Magnolia' or `the Company') Exercise of Warrants
Magnolia Petroleum Plc, the AIM quoted US focussed oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that following the exercise of warrants, application has been made for the admission of 4,545,455 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").
The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and it is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00am on Wednesday 25 January 2012. The proceeds of the warrant exercise are £25,000, which have been received by the Company.
Following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares will be 563,765,716.
