Grant of options
Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (AIM: MAB1.L) announces that a total of 624,599 options over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Options") have been granted today to the Executive Directors and senior executives of MAB. The Options have been granted under the Mortgage Advice Bureau Executive Share Option Plan and exercise of the Options is subject to the achievement of performance conditions based on total shareholder return and earnings per share criteria. Subject to achievement of the performance conditions, the Options will be exercisable in three years' time. The exercise price for the Options is 430.83 pence, being the average of the last three business days' closing price for the Ordinary Shares.

Donna Brenchley, Commercial Director, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, has also been granted options today over a total of 46,422 Ordinary Shares.
Other senior executives of MAB have today been granted options over a total of 261,116 Ordinary Shares.
Under the Mortgage Advice Bureau Executive Share Option Plan, the total number of Ordinary Shares now under option is 2,408,176 representing 4.7% of the Company's issued share capital. This excludes the 255,000 options over Ordinary Shares in the Company granted to MAB's Appointed Representatives in May 2015.
The notification below is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
