Transaction in Own Shares
Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (AIM: MAB1) announces that between 14 April 2026 - 20 April 2026 it purchased the below number of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company in accordance with the terms of its share buyback announced by the Company on 31 March 2026 (the "Share Buyback"):

The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.
Following the Transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is 58,021,831 and the Company holds 390,000 shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is 57,631,831 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended), the table in the appendix contains detailed information of the individual trades made by KBW in respect of the Purchased Shares under the Share Buyback.
