In addition, the Company has been notified that on 13 April 2021, David Preece, Non-Executive Director, exercised 3,079 options to subscribe for Shares and sold the same number of Shares at a price of 1240.0p per Share. Following this transaction, David Preece has no interest in options over Shares.
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at the date of this announcement, following the exercise of share options, the Company's issued share capital consists of 53,174,989 Shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of Shares with voting rights is 53,174,989, and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
