Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 18 September 2013 that on that day, Tim Walton, of LXB Adviser LLP, purchased 227,300 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 111 pence per share.

Following this transaction Tim Walton holds 4,449,977 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 2.06% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was also informed on 18 September 2013 that on that day, Brendan O'Grady, of LXB Adviser LLP, purchased 51,690 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 111 pence per share and 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 111.75 pence per share.

Following this transaction Brendan O'Grady holds 1,359,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.63% of the Company's issued share capital.

The group headed by LXB3 Partners LLP, which includes LXB Adviser LLP, is a related party of the Company. LXB Adviser LLP is the Investment Adviser to the LXB Retail Properties Plc group. Following the above transaction, the individual members of LXB3 Partners LLP hold an aggregate total of 11,855,890 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 5.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
