Result of General Meeting and Issue of Equity
LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), the leading smart home solutions provider, announces that all resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting held today were duly passed.
Accordingly, application has been made for 9,470,198 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM comprising 3,437,500 of the Conditional Placing Shares, 4,479,082 Conditional Subscription Shares and 1,553,616 Open Offer Shares. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 am on 23 November 2017.
Following Admission, the Company will have 60,846,730 Ordinary Shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
