Completion of sale of Needle-Punched Non-Wovens business
Low & Bonar PLC, the international performance materials group, confirms that, further to the announcement made on 25 July 2019, it has completed the sale of its Needle-Punched Non-Wovens business. Under the terms of the agreement €17.2m (£15.6m) was received on completion.
