Operational Update
Bricklive Events and Shows
The Group is pleased to announce it has now contracted 60 BRICKLIVE shows and events across the world for 2019, achieving a key milestone for the Company. This was the original target set by the Company for the year ending the 31 December 2019. The Group will continue to work with new and existing partners to deliver further shows and events in the remaining four months of 2019.

The Live Company Group Board of Directors (the "Board") is also pleased to confirm that the Group is trading in line with market expectations.
Bricklive Group Activities
Bricklive Show, Liverpool, UK
The Company is pleased to announce it has signed a contract with ACC Liverpool Group Ltd to stage and promote a Bricklive Show at the Exhibition Centre, Liverpool from the 25th to the 27 October 2019. The Show will feature popular touring shows including Bricklive Bricktropolis, Bricklive Civilisations and Bricklive Britannia and will also include Bricklive interactive features and content.
New England Zoo, Boston, North America
The Company has agreed terms with New England Zoo, Boston, Massachusetts to exhibit BRICKLIVE Animal Paradise from the 11 October to the 5 January 2020. This represent the Group's second contract to exhibit Animal Paradise in North America.
Wacken Music Festival
The Company is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with the operators of the Wacken Music Festival, Germany, the world's largest Heavy Metal Music Festival. Wacken currently celebrated its 30 year anniversary and has already sold out the 2020 show in 21 hours. The Company will create bespoke kits to celebrate the 30 year anniversary of the festival.
Bricklive Paw Patrol, Blackburn Town Centre
The UK premiere of the BRICKLIVE Paw Patrol tour will take place at Blackburn Town Centre from the 23 August to the 1 September 2019. The Group is very excited to be launching the iconic BRICKLIVE Paw Patrol with our new partner Nickelodeon.
American Zoos and Aquarium Annual Conference, New Orleans 2019
The Company has been invited by the American Zoos and Aquarium Association ("AZA") to attend the Annual Conference in New Orleans from the 7 to the 11 September 2019. The AZA is attended by delegates representing zoos across the US. The Company will be promoting BRICKLIVE Tours to delegates at the event.
Interim Results
The Company is pleased to announce that it intends to release its Interim Results, for the six months to 30 June 2019, on Monday 30 September 2019.
David Ciclitira, Chairman of Live Company Group, said "I'm delighted to announce that the Group has hit the target of 60 event, four months before the end of the year, which is a significant milestone for the Company and which I believe further emphasises the rapid growth and popularity of the Bricklive brand across the world. We will work very hard to exceed this target for 2019.
I'm personally delighted that the world premiere of Bricklive Paw Patrol will take place in Blackburn later in August which is a significant milestone for the Group. Our collection of touring assets and Bricklive Shows are extremely popular worldwide and the Bricklive Brand continues to grow from strength to strength."
