Grant of Options and PDMR Dealings
The Company announces that, on 18 December 2020, the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 707 shares to Andrew Wright under the 2014 CSOP scheme at a price of 565p per share, and 586 shares to each of Nick Latham, David Dunmow and Piers Latham under the 2015 CSOP scheme at a price of 682.5p per share. The resulting shareholdings are shown in the table below.
