Director Shareholding and Employee Benefit Trust

James Latham plc announces that on 28 November 2011, Meryl Bushell, a non -executive director, purchased 1,000 shares at 228.6p. Meryl Bushell is now beneficially interested in 3,400 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.

James Latham plc also announces that on 29 November 2011 it issued 32,874 options under the James Latham plc Approved Company Share Option Scheme 2008. These options are exercisable between 30 November 2016 and 29 November 2021 at a price of 229.5 pence per share.

Included in the options granted are those granted to the following directors:

James Latham plc also announces that the Remuneration Committee has decided to award 5,000 shares to both David Dunmow and Chris Sutton under the James Latham Deferred Bonus Plan 2009. These shares will be held in the James Latham Employee Benefits Trust until 30 November 2014 when they will be transferred, should the members of the Plan remain in employment with James Latham plc. No voting rights are attached to these shares, but dividends will be reinvested into additional shares under this Plan.
