Directors' Shareholdings
James Latham announces that on 23 December 2014 the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued a total of 16,968 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 165.0p per share to certain directors following the exercise of options granted under the scheme in November 2009. In addition, under the Deferred Bonus Scheme 2011, a total of 10,952 ordinary 25p shares in the Company were transferred for no consideration to David Dunmow and Chris Sutton each of whom sold 1,654 shares to settle the tax liabilities arising on the transfer. On the same date, David Dunmow transferred 8,064 shares to his wife. The resultant total shareholdings are as follows:
