Grant of share options
Learning Technologies Group plc, the rapidly growing e-learning business, today announces the grant of the following share options over the Company's Ordinary Shares of £0.00375 each to certain executive directors. These new share options supersede the proposals for Management Incentive Shares which were set out in the AIM Admission Document.
Dale Solomon, Commercial Director of Epic Group Limited, is receiving 16,002,451 new share options at an exercise price of 5.88p per share. Peter Mountford, Executive Deputy Chairman of LTG, is receiving 6,785,295 new share options at an exercise price of 5.88p per share.
The new share options are subject to the achievement of demanding performance criteria based upon significant share price increases.
