In-Deed Online plc ("In-Deed", the "Company")
Share Sale and Directors' Dealing
Following an announcement made earlier today regarding In-Deed's proposed acquisition of Epic Group Limited and admission to trading of the enlarged group, to be renamed Learning Technologies Group plc, Andrew Brode and Jonathan Satchell have each sold 14,285,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.00 pence each in response to market demand. The sale is conditional upon approval of the acquisition at the General Meeting of In-Deed's shareholders to be held on 7 November 2013.
Following these transactions, Andrew Brode will hold 113,215,005 Ordinary Shares representing 41.05% of the total voting rights of the enlarged group and Jonathan Satchell will hold 113,214,995 Ordinary Shares representing 41.05% of the total voting rights of the enlarged group.
