Further to its announcement of 24 March 2020, Learning Technologies Group plc ("LTG" or the "Company"), the provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, is pleased to announce that all conditions relating to the acquisition of Open LMS have been satisfied and that the transaction completed on 31 March 2020.
