Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
The Board of Learning Technologies Group plc, the provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Katharina ("Kath") Kearney-Croft as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Kath was previously Interim CFO at SIG plc and has held a number of financial leadership roles through her career including at The Vitec Group plc where she was Group Finance Director, Rexam plc and The BOC Group plc.
Neil Elton will be stepping down from the role of CFO to pursue other interests but will remain in a full-time advisory role until the end of the year and on the Board of Directors until 1 December 2021, at which time Kath will join the Board.
