Latchways PLC29 September 2006 Latchways plc Board Appointment Latchways plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment, witheffect from 1st October 2006, of Per Troen to the board as non executivedirector. Per is a qualified Danish Advokat and English Solicitor, and is the SeniorPartner in the law firm Corren Troen, which has offices in London andCopenhagen. Per leads the Corporate Finance and Banking team of Corren Troen, aswell as the Danish team. Per has been the Chairman of the Danish UK Chamber of Commerce since 2001 and aGoodwill Ambassador for Denmark since 2005. Paul Hearson, Latchways' Chairman, commented "We are delighted that Per hasagreed to join the Latchways board. His extensive overseas connections will beinvaluable to our continued expansion plans, and his legal and financialbackground will further strengthen our team." Per Troen added "I am excited to be able to contribute to what is already asuccessful team. There is much that I can do to help Latchways and I lookforward to working closely with the management team."
