The Parusa Comfort-Class Project is Completed LSR Group has completed the construction of one of its comfort-class projects. The company has received a permission to commission the Parusa residential complex, designed for 1088 flats. The total area of the commissioned project is almost 133,000 square metres, with the residential area being almost 71,000 square metres. The keys will be transferred to the customers by the end of 2018, and the residents will receive their turnkey apartments finished to high-quality. 85% of the flats in the project have already been built. A small number of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments ranging from 41 to 120 square metres are available for purchase. The price per square meter starts from RUB 93,500. The Parusa residential complex is located 70 meters away from the embankment of the Gulf of Finland and has come to adorn the rapidly growing neighbourhood built by LSR Group in the south-west of St. Petersburg. The company completed the construction of the Yuzhnaya Akvatoriya residential complex here last year.The Parusa project will provide the residents with its own commercial and residential infrastructure. The integrated non-residential premises include more than 12,000 square metres available for shops, beauty salons, bank offices and other trade and service facilities. Two kindergartens with the capacity for 155 children each and a multi-level parking lot are already operating. The proximity of the residential complex to large recreational areas such as the Yuzhno-Primorskiy park, Strelna, Peterhof and Oranienbaum offer residents quick access to these popular areas of St. Petersburg.
