LSR Group starts pre-sales of apartments in its new residential project ZILART
LSR Group has started pre-sales of apartments in the first phase of its business class residential project ZILART, which is under construction in Moscow. The gross area of the project amounts to 1.5 million square metres.
One-, two-, three- and four-room apartments with an area ranging from 45.1 square metres up to 129.3 square metres in the first phase of the project are currently available for sale. Their construction is to be completed in 2017.
The new business class residential project ZILART is located just 5 km away from the historical centre of Moscow, on the bank of Moskva River. The project implies construction of more than 1.5 million square metres of real estate, including 950 thousand square metres of housing along with the required social infrastructure. ZILART boasts an easy transportation access. In 2015, a new metro station Tekhnopark will open near the construction site. In 2016, a new transfer hub ZiL is to be put into operation here as a part of the "small ring" of the Moscow railway.
Ivan Romanov, member of the Executive Committee, Managing Director Moscow, comments: "Construction of ZILART is already in the active phase. On the territory of 65 ha, almost in the center of Moscow, we are to create a totally new urban environment based on the concepts of culture and art, and being in line with the most advanced trends in architecture and urban planning. We aim to construct an integral zone designed under the unified rules. The ten most famous domestic and foreign architectural firms are involved in our project. Each building will have a unique exterior. We are not only constructing apartment buildings but also a museum centre Hermitage-Moscow, theatres, areas for recreation, education, entertainment. Without a doubt, ZILART will become a new urban architecture gem."
Another peculiarity of ZILART project is the usage of facing clinker bricks of various colors manufactured by LSR Group.
