LSR Group executed put option on 4th bond issue
On 9 February 2010 OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG) executed the put option on its fourth bond issue Series 02 bonds.
A total of 1 979 414 bonds with a total value of RUR 1 983 075 915 (including the accumulated coupon payment) were bought back at the request of bondholders.
It is the fourth bond issue of LSR Group which was placed in August 2008.
