LSR Group appoints new CFO

LSR Group announces the appointment of Mr. Andrei Nikitin as Chief Financial Officer, effective 30 November 2015.

Mr. Nikitin brings more than twelve years of extensive financial experience at leading global companies and banks including Petro-Canada, Uralsib Capital, Credit-Suisse and, immediately prior to joining LSR Group, Alfa-Bank. Mr. Nikitin will have an extended business-related CFO mandate and will have improvement of financial efficiency and growth of shareholder value as his key strategic objectives.

Mr. Nikitin is a graduate of Moscow State Lomonosov University (International Economics) and Schulich School of Business (MBA in Finance).

Mr. Nikitin succeeds Dmitry Kutuzov who will stay with LSR Group and will remain a member of the Finance Department team.
