Formal notice

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, received notification from Russian Trading System (RTS) that as a result of its merger with Moscow Central Stock Exchange (MICEX), the Company's ordinary registered shares were excluded from the Quotation list "B" of RTS.

 LSR Group's ordinary shares remain listed in the Quotation list "A" of OJSC "MICEX-RTS".

LSR Group is a public company, with its GDRs traded on the London Stock Exchange and its ordinary shares traded on MICEX.
