Decisions of Board of Directors
On November 23, 2012 Board of Directors of OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG), reviewed all the items of the agenda and decided the following:
1. To elect Dmitri Gontcharov Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC LSR Group.
2. To elect Elena Tumanova Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of OJSC LSR Group.
