Decisions of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG) recommended the AGM to determine the Board of Directors consisting of 9 members and included the following candidates into the final election list:

- Ilgiz Valitov;

- Alexandr Vakhmistrov;

- Dmitri Gontcharov;

- Yuri Kudimov;

- Andrey Molchanov;- Yuri Osipov;

- Sergey Skaterchshikov;

- Elena Tumanova;

- Olga Sheikina.

To the revision commission of the Company:

- Natalya Klevtsova;

- Yuri Terentyev;

- Lyudmila Fradina.
