The Company announces that it has today received the Notification of Dealing Form regarding a dealing in its shares by its director Brett Miller, in relation to the in specie distribution by Damille Investments II Limited of its shareholding in the Company.
This notification, which is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, is additional to the PDMR notification made on 26 March 2018.
