LSL Property Services plc (LSL)
Correction: Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) or Connected Persons.
LSL announced on 11 April 2022 that, under LSL's Share Incentive Plan (SIP), Adam Castleton, Chief Financial Officer of LSL, was allocated 42 Matching Shares and 8 Partnership Shares at an aggregate price of £3.259 per share.
The number of Matching Shares and the aggregate price per share were incorrectly stated. The correct number of shares granted to Adam Castleton is set out in the table below:
