Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) or Connected Persons

 

In accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 and DTR3, LSL was notified on 10th April 2019 that the following Directors and PDMRs were granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company under the Company's save as you earn option scheme (SAYE):

 

Ian Crabb, Group Chief Executive Office

 

Helen Buck, Executive Director - Estate Agency

 

Jon Round, PDMR

 

Ronan Jennings, PDMR

 

 

The 2019 SAYE is an all employee scheme approved by HM Revenue and Customs.

 

The 2019 SAYE exercise price for the options granted is £2.65 per ordinary share of 0.2p and the options are exercisable at the end of the three year saving plan. Ian Crabb, Helen Buck and Jon Round each received options in relation to 2,037 ordinary shares of 0.2p and Ronan Jennings received options in relation to 3,396 ordinary shares of 0.2p which are exercisable between 1st June 2022 and 30th November 2022.
