Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) or Connected Persons

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that it was notified on 21st April 2016 that Jon Round and Ronan Jennings, each a PDMR were granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company under the Company's save as you earn option scheme (SAYE). The SAYE is an all employee scheme approved by HM Revenue and Customs.

The SAYE exercise price of the options granted is £2.66 pence per ordinary share of 0.2p and the options are exercisable at the end of the three year saving plan. Jon Round and Ronan Jennings each received options in relation to 1,353 ordinary shares of 0.2p which are exercisable between 1st June 2019 and 30th November 2019.

This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1).
