The Company has been notified that David Stewart, a Director of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, purchased a total of 72,332 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £2.765 per share on 28 March 2025. Following this acquisition, his total holding is 168,189 shares.
