NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), LSL hereby notifies that awards were, on 31st March 2016, granted to Directors and PDMRs pursuant to LSL's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") as follows:
