NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc (LSL) was notified on 3rd November 2015, that the following transactions on behalf of the following LSL Directors took place in relation to the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") on 2nd November 2015.
The SIP is an all-employee trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2p each, using deductions from their salary in each monthly pay period.
The SIP Trustees (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) acquired a total of 3751 ordinary shares on 2nd November 2015 at a total cost of Β£12,744.16. The shares were acquired by purchase in the market and allocated to employees participating in the SIP, including the Directors detailed below:
