NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS 

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc was notified on 4th November 2014, that the following transaction took place in relation to the Company's Share Incentive Plan on 3rd November 2014.

The SIP is an all-employee trust arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 0.2p each, using deductions from their salary in each monthly pay period. The SIP Trustees (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) acquired 2,483 ordinary shares on 3rd November 2014 at a total cost of £7,746. The shares were acquired by purchase in the market and allocated to employees participating in the SIP partnership shares.

Ian Crabb, the Group CEO purchased 48 ordinary shares of 0.2p, at a price of £3.12 per ordinary share on the 3rd November 2014. Following these transactions Ian Crabb's total shareholding in LSL (including shares held by the SIP Trustees for the benefit of Ian Crabb) is 480. Ian Crabb's total shareholding was incorrectly reported on 2nd October 2014 as 497. At this date his holding was 432.

This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.
