London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG") today announces that Erin Brown will step down as Non-Executive Director of the Board of LSEG with effect from 17 March 2023.
This follows the completion of the sale by York Holdings II Limited of shares in LSEG on 10 March 2023 and is in accordance with the terms of the Relationship Agreement between LSEG and entities owned by certain investment funds affiliated with Blackstone, an affiliate of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, an affiliate of GIC Special Investments Pte. Ltd, and by Thomson Reuters, the former Refinitiv shareholders.
