Update re Placing

Further to its announcement of earlier today, Location Sciences (AIM: LSAI), the leading location data verification and analytics company, announces that it has received firm orders in excess of the minimum of £0.25 million and that it has extended the time of the close of the Bookbuild, which will now remain open until 12.00 noon on 27 September 2019. An announcement of the result of the Bookbuild will be made shortly thereafter.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 ("MAR"), encompassing information relating to the Placing as described above, and is disclosed in accordance with the Company's obligations under Article 17 of MAR.
