Longships plc hereby confirms that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this notice consists of 23,080,100 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 23,080,100 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
